Impressions Reflections Infractions
So I have been here in Mexico for two months now.
Man, the time has passed pretty fast. I was going to try and write about what I have learned about the place in that time, try and give people an idea of what it is like and how it is different from back home.
But I don’t think I can. One of the things that I have found here is that it’s easy to adjust to the difference in culture, so much so that you become accustomed. Things that would seem alien in UK are the normal and I don’t seem to notice them now. Maybe I’ll only be able to truly explain what it is like when I return.
Instead, I am going to complain. If you don’t like it, tough. Go waste your time elsewhere on the internet
Like Upside-Down Dogs
Writing is frustrating for me. I spend so much less time speaking English now that my language skills have diminished. I forget words, repeat words numerous times in single paragraphs, y’know generally just fail.
Hopefully writing these things will keep me a little sharper, keep the cobwebs away.
That’s it really, I just wanted to test out this blogging thing. See how easy it is to write something remotely interesting.
